You may also have tests run using our state-of-the-art imaging tools, including X-rays and MRI scanning, to help your doctor understand what's causing your wrist pain. Your doctor will explain your treatment options and develop a customized treatment plan for you, which varies based on your needs. For minor injuries, we offer specialized braces and splints as well as follow-up care. Additional nonsurgical options include physical therapy, medicine, and specialized exercises.
For extreme wrist and upper extremity needs, your doctor may recommend a surgical procedure. Surgery is only recommended by our surgeons if other options fail. Additionally, our surgeons offer minimally invasive options for surgery whenever possible, such as endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery and using arthroscopy for elbow and wrist surgery.
